Description

Sunday 13 April 2014. Rubbish bags piled up in Forster Road, Tottenham N17 near the corner of Chaplin Road. The white building on the left of the photo is Christ the King, Dominion Place.

Plainly this dumping spot is well known to Haringey Environment Department. The metal post has two signs on it. (Please scroll down this page.) The smaller sign from Haringey Council is green, white and orange. It says:      "Haringey Neighbourhood Action Team.      Dispose of Your Rubbish Responsibly.      Evidence gathered will be used to prosecute offenders.      Dumping rubbish is a criminal offence.      Maximum fine £50,000 or imprisonment."
