Description
English: Former site of Bell Moor The house of the Hampstead historian Thomas J. Barratt stood here at the top of East Heath Road; it was his residence from 1877 to 1914. Beneath the brown plaque (erected by Hampstead Borough Council) is a stone tablet giving the height above sea level.
