Description
English: Former office building of Premier (HL) Foods These derelict factory and office buildings were formerly used by Premier (HL) Foods for food processing and distribution. They acquired the HP Canned Goods operation, with their factory based in North Walsham, in March 1996. The factory was closed in 2002, with the loss of almost 100 jobs, in order to transfer production to other sites in Wisbech and Long Sutton. The buildings have been vacant since and the site is considered suitable for reuse for a variety of employment generating purposes or for redevelopment of all or part of it but nothing has happened as yet.
