| Description |
English: Former Zion Baptist Chapel, Colne, Lancashire Like many small Pennine towns, Colne was a hotbed of nonconformism, and a great number of chapels and churches were built. Over the years, these fell into disuse, or, as here, were sold and adapted for commercial purposes. New housing has been built on Exchange Street above the chapel, while Fountain Street goes off to the right. |
