Description U.S. Navy pilots, whom had formerly been assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Enterprise (CV-6), display a special tribute to the "Big E" upon arrival of the carrier at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, in 1945. Enterprise had been hit by a kamikaze on 14 May 1945 and was returning to the U.S. West Coast for repairs.
