English: The former Park Methodist Church lies at the junction of Linthorpe Rd and Ayresome St in Middlesbrough. The church was built between 1903 and 1905 by W.J. Morley & Son of Bradford. The church closed in 1994 and in 1997 became a public house which closed in 2000. In 2005 planning permission was given to convert the building into twenty-two apartments. The building is now known as Parkside Apartments. It is Grade II listed and has a distinctive copper-domed tower. |
