English: Former National Provincial Bank On the corner of Waterloo Street and Bennett's Hill, the original bank of 1833 was rebuilt by John Gibson in 1869 and enlarged in 1890. It is now a popular wine bar known as Bennett's, the interior retaining much of the original banking hall. |
