Description Characteristic windows at Astec House (formerly First Church of Christ, Scientist, Hastings and St Leonards-on-Sea), 10–12 Sedlescombe Road South, Silverhill, St Leonards-on-Sea, Borough of Hastings, East Sussex, England. This was built as a church for Christian Scientists in 1970. It went out of use in 1996 and was converted into an office. Permission to demolish it and replace it with new offices and flats was refused in 2018 and again on appeal in 2019.
