| Description |
English: Formartine and Buchan Way at Strichen Old railways in northern Aberdeenshire have been developed as walkways and linear nature reserves under the title "Formartine and Buchan Way". This section (from Maud to Fraserburgh) is 25 Km long. It is also publicised as a cycleway. As the path approaches Strichen, the surface is much improved, but cyclists would be very well advised to go round by road here, as the way descends by a steep flight of steps to the A981 a short way beyond. |
