Description
English: Russian Federation award of the Defense Ministry. Honor Badge "For Distinction" of Airborne Troops. Instituted on 6 May 2005 by ministerial order 182. Awarded to soldiers serving in the Airborne troops who have served at least 1 year: for exemplary performance of military duties, excellent performance in combat training; for high achievements in the development and exploitation of armament systems and military equipment; for the successful completion of special assignments and other distinction shown in the performance of military duty.
