This is what they call a "crystal like" sand.

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: A pure, powder like and crystal like sand can be discovered in Anawangin Cove, Zambales Philippines. Get ready to spend a vacation and have a bear feet on this beautiful island. The sand contains the ashes from the volcanic eruption of Mt. Pinatubo in the late 90s and that's why it makes the whole island unique. When you look closely on its sand powders, you would see shining little powders, white sand, small shells, small pine cones that fell from the pine trees around, and many more!
