Description
English: From ticket:

I took the attached photo today, July 9, 2011, and shows a Shovel Ready sign under Hwy 321 on the section of the Foothills Parkway that has been under construction for years. It is from Hwy 321 in Walland to Hwy 321 in Wears Valley.

It is a shovel ready project that has been ready since the 1940's but is still not completed nor is it known when it will be completed.

In this photo this section of the Foothills Parkway has grass growing through numerous cracks in the old asphalt and is gated to prevent traffic.
