Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Footbridge over Coney Gut, Whiddon Valley, Barnstaple One of the numerous wooden footbridges across Coney Gut, a stream which runs through Whiddon Valley. The stream is a lazy , meandering tributary of the River Taw. Coney Gut starts about three miles up towards Exmoor near Gunn, and wends its way through eastern Barnstaple, and ends up as an outflow under Rock Park, in the middle of Banstaple. The trees are part of Whiddon Valley Woods. Out of shot on the right is a huge housing estate.
