Description
English: Turkish cuisine food not well-prepared: The "karnıyarık" has a tasty ground beef filling, but the eggplant is too much cooked, has almost become a "purée".. The Turkish rice ("pilav") with orzo had to wait under a neat cloth or paper towel for a good rest before being served, so that we could count the orzo and rice grains in it, one by one. I add this kind of pictures for people not familiar with Turkish cuisine to understand beforehand if they are in a good place to eat or not, when they choose restaurants during their stay in the country, and of course also for Wikipedians interested in cooking.
