Description iconographique:

Place du Châtelet, 1er arrondissement, fontaine de la Victoire, dite aussi du Palmier à cause de son chapiteau. Edifiée en 1808, elle fut déplacée en 1858 pour être installée au centre de la nouvelle place agrandie. Elle est posée sur un piédestal décoré de sphinx, une copie de la Victoire de Boizot la surmonte. En bas, la "Foi", la "Force", la "Loi" et la "Vigilance".
