Description
English: Die Maschine war zwischen 1931-1950 im Europa-Einsatz. Anfängliche Immatrikulation CH-157. Die Fokker F VIIa kam 1927 als CH-157 zur Balair, 1931 zur Swissair. Sie wurde anfänglich hauptsächlich auf der Poststrecke Dübendorf - Le Havre - Cherbourg eingesetzt. 1933 Austausch des 420 PS Jupiter Motors gegen 500 PS Wright Cyclone. 1934 neue Immatrikukation HB-LBO. Im Winter 1938/39 wurde der 720 PS Cyclone Reserve Motor der 1936 am Rigi verunglückten Clark HB-ITU montiert, der Hecksporn durch das Heckrad der Clark ersetzt und die Haupträder mit Palmer Bremsen ausgerüstet, die 8 Passagiere Korbsessel mit 10 neuen Sitzen ausgetauscht. 1939-1948 Schul-, Rund- und Keuchhustenflüge. 1948 zu Farnerwerke Grenchen. 1950 ausser Betrieb genommen und im Bider Hangar Bern-Belp eingelagert. 1966 durch das Fokker Team restauriert. Seit 1972 im Verkehrshaus Luzern ausgestellt
