Description
English: High-angle annular dark-field scanning-transmission electron microscope (HAADF–STEM) image of foil #5358 showing an aggregate of zhiqinite, TiSi2, several of which have a tabular habit, enclosing globules of badengzhuite, TiP and surrounded by wenjiite (Ti10(Si,P,□)7) and kangjinlaite Ti11(Si,P)10. Al2O3 – corundum hosting the Ti silicide inclusion.
