Description
Українська: Зображення нанорельєфу поверхні поруватого фосфіду індію. Кристал було оброблено електрохімічним травленням. У результаті було сформовано розгалужену систему пор та нанокластерів. . Фотографії наноструктур було отримано на растровому електронному мікроскопі JSM-6490 дослідниками Бердянського державного педагогічного університету. Збільшення у 1000 разів. На зображенні чітко видно перетравлені ділянки, що свідчить про сильно «жорсткі» умови травлення. Пориста поверхня демонструє розвинену морфологію з масивними ямами травлення. Така поверхня має величезну ефективну площу в порівнянні з монокристалічним аналогом, Отримані структури можуть знайти застосування для використання в якості підкладки для отримання гетероструктур.
English: The image of indium phosphide nanocrystalline surface obtained by electrochemical etching. On the surface there was formed crystalline of indium oxide having a flowery structure. Photos of nanostructures were obtained in scanning electron microscope JSM-6490 by the researchers of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University. Increased 1000 times. The obtained structures can be used in the manufacture of laser technology. Nanostruktured semiconductors exhibit a number of unusual properties, so often called metamaterials or supermaterials.
