Description
Norsk bokmål: Fra 1917 av ble malmen anriket gjennom et flotasjonsprosess. Malmen ble pulverisert, og ført inn i store fat med vann som er tilsatt bestemte kjemikalier. Når nå luft blåses gjennom vannet, begynner det å danne seg luftbobler. På grunn av egenskapene av de brukte kjemikalier, faster malmpartikellene seg til boblenes overflate, og ført opp til opp til overflaten. Nå er det mulig å høste av malmen. Det gir et nokså ren malmkonsentrat som ble sendt videre til smelteverket nede ved Fennefossen.
