Eitchie gardener, had the best collection of anemones and also won for twelve vases of singles; Mrs. Frederick Ayer, George Page gardener, second; W. A. Riggs, third. There was a ."Strong entry in this class. The pompon prizes were taken by Peter B. Robb, E. K. Bet- ter and Bclk'viie Nurseries. For ten blooms pink, M. F. Plant was first, with Brighthnrst; W. \V. I'^lgar & Co., second with Dr. Kngiichard. For red, M. F. Plant won witii fine Mrs. H. Partridge; W. A. Kiggs, second, and P. B. Robb, third, each showing Slirimpton. The last named, with suporii .Merzas, led in tlie clas.s for white; .1. 8. Bailey, sec- ond with Nellie Pockett; \V. W. Kdgar & Co., third with Eaton. M. F. Plant, with splendid flowers of Mrs. W. Duck- liam, was first for yellow; J. S. Bailey^ second with the same variety; P. B. Robb, third with Ciicltoni. In any other color, M. V. Plant was again in the lead with the biggest lot of llowers in the show, on Tjeslie Morrison; Mrs. F. Ayer, second; F. 11. Kcnnard, third. For the best six new varieties, intro- ductions of 190!», M.
