| Description |
English: Plaque in the center of the Southbound railing of the Florida State Road 200 over the Withlacoochee River between Stoke's Ferry and some undertermined community near Marion Oaks, Florida. Although the plaque claims it was built in 1936, a cornerstone on the bridge says it was built in 1935. Therefore it was more than likely dedicated in 1936. The bridge has no room for anything else but two-lanes of car & truck traffic, which means pedestrians and bicyclists are risking their lives crossing this bridge, so I was very lucky to take this shot. |
