It is a Gem, THE FIVE RAMBLER ROSES, all different colors, sent for only 50c,; large two-year-old plants, THE FIVE for $2.00.

CRIMSON RAMBLER. \From photograph showing how it may be grown NEW CRIMSON RAMBLER, The plant is of very vig-orous growth, rnakin^ shoots from eigiit to ten feet duringrthe season, rendering it a charming pillar R«;se. It is also mai^nificent in bush form, and for covering buiidings, trelli-es, etc., it cannot be excelled. The flowers are produced in great pyramidal panicles, or trusses, each caivcying from thirty to forty blooms, the individual flowers measuring about one to one and a halt inches in diameter. It is covered with flowi rs from the ground to its very top. It is hardy in every latitude yet t^-ied as far north as the lakes. Asa decorative pot p!:int it cannot be excelled. We can recommend this novelty in the stronvrest manner as being a new Rose of great importance and value. A correspondent of the Z(7Ki/^7« Garden writes in the issue of July 14,1894: "With me at this date (July 6) this Rose is grand. I have a dozen large plants on prepared land or turf. I did not prune much, merely shortening back and placing stakes to support the long growths. I gave a liheral mulch early in the Sprinu-, with the result that the growths are very strong, and the clusters of bright crimson flowers at this date are beautiful. On one shoot alone I counted over three hundred blooms." Price, 16 cents each; largo t>vo-y«»ar-old plants, 60 cents each. NEW FINK RAMBLER, (EL'PHROSYNE.) The Pink Rambler completes the entire ra. ^y. of ciraiuai coloi i that can be embraced in these beautiful cliinbintr Roses. We now have the Crimson Rambler, the Yel- low Rambler, the White Rambler, and the Pink Rambler. This Rose is as charming as any of its rivals, embracing all their good aualities of hardiness, vigorous growth, profuse blooming and el'ghtlul fragrance. Be sure and have a set of the Rambler Roses. Price, 10 cents each: large two-year-old plants, 60 cents each. NEW WHITE RAMBLER. (THALIA.) This charming new Rose ot the Rambler variety is a wonder. It climbs r.ipidly, is entirely haray, produces im- mense clusters of pure white Roses, perfectly double, of delight- lul fragrance, and*of an immaculate white. It is without ques- tion the best climbing Rose ex-ant. Price, 10 cents each; large two-year-oM plants, 60 cents rarh the: rambleir roseis are: hardv eiveirvwheire: NEW YELLOW RAMBLER. ( AGLAIA.) Rosarianshave been for many years crossing or hy- bridizing various Roses with a view to obtaining a hardy yellow climbing Rose, but the combination of climbing habit and yellow coloring with hardiness was one that it seemed impossible to ob- tain, and was almost despaired of. The Yellow Rambler has been found to successfully withstand, without protection, a con- tinued temperature of from zero to two degrees below, which proves it to be far hardier than any other yellow climbing Rose yet introduced, and we believe that by laying the plants down in the Winter it can be successfully grown in nearly all the north- ern parts of the United Stales; in fact, anywhere that other Roses succeed at all well. Did we say nothing more about the Rose, we think that this would be sufiicient to establish its value, for what lover of Roses in the North has not bewailed the sever- ity of climate which nearly dep'ives his garden of the most at- tractive color ot allâyellow. The flowers are borne in immense clusters, after the same manner as the Crimson Rambler, often as many as one hundred and fifty blossoms in a bunch, and the trusses have the same handsome pyramidal shape as those of the Crimson Rambler. The color is "a decided yellow. Price, 15 cents each; larg.) tvro-year-old plants, 60 cents each. CAIITTON* There are other so-called Yellow Ramblers *â ^ ' that do not possess any features that would entitle thera to be coupled with the Rambler family, larking hardiness, rigor of growth, and the habit of blooming in trnsseit like Crimson Rambler; therefore, do not accept any unlesn it is LAMBERT'S YKLLOW UA3IBLEK. Do not miss getting this beautiful new Bose. IT IS ONE OF THE GUEATEST NOVELTIES OF THE YEAR. NEW GOLDEN RAMBLER, (ALISTER STELLA GRAY.) This is a new climbing Rose of decided merit, and is classed by many as belonging- to the Ram- bler section ot Roses. We know it to be a grnnd Rose, but have not tested its hardiness. You will make no mistake in buying it, as you will have a grand free-blooming climbing yt-Uow Rose, k is a continuous bloomer, laden with bunches of Polyanrha-like buds of orange-veliow. Price, 16 cents each; large two-year* old plants, 60 cents each.
