Three La France Roses Pink La France—We have always given this the first place—the Queen of Roses. It is of superb form, and double as a Rose can be. No variety can surpass it in delicate coloring—silvery-rose shades, with pink. It has a satin sheen over all its petals. It is most universally regarded as the most useful of Roses, for it is hardy beyond question. It blooms continuously. The flower is large, finely built, endures for a great length of time, is exquisitely colored and fragrant in the highest degree. Price, 10 cents each; large size, 30 cents each. White L.a France—Here we have a beauty indeed, one we recommend to all, whether for out-door culture or for pots in the house in Winter. If you were to ask us to select six of the very finest Roses for you, we would be sure to in- clude it in the six. Do you know La France? If so, you know this elegant new Rose. It is identical with La France, except the color. It is pearly-white, sometimes tinted with fawn. We predict for it far more popularity than La France ever attained. Price, 15 cents; large size, 30 cents each. Tlie Red La France—(Or Duchess of Albany.) We have no hesitancy in saying to our customers that this Rose stands at the head of all Roses, not excepting La France. It is identical with La France, excepting in three points. Those are: A more vigorous growth, a larger and more expanded flower, and a deep, even pink in color; not shaded, but what is called a solid color. Price, 15 cents; large size, 30 cents. RED LA FRANCE New Tea Rose Queen Augusta Victoria. This beautiful Rose has not only a royal name, but it is a royal Rose as well. It is a continuous bloomer, producing successive crops of buds, and formed with large petals of best substance; shows no cen- ter when fully open; color pure creamy-white. It far surpasses any other white Rose in all particulars, and has a much richer perfume. Price, 15 cents each; large two-year-old plants, 40 cents each. Superb New Tea Rose, J. B. VARRONE. There is no question about this being a truly splendid Rose. It has the form, color and substance of those very choice and valuable varieties which only come occasionally. Superb elongated buds, and ex- tra large, vase-shaped blooms. Color an intensely scarlety- crimson, very rich and bright, beautifully shaded with sal- mon-yellow or buff-rose at cen- ter. Very beautiful and sweet. See illustration. Price, 15 cents each; large two-year-old plants, 30 cents each. New Hybrid Tea Rose, Pernet's Triumph. A grand new Hybrid Tea Rose that has received the en- dorsement and commendation of the highest European au- thorities. The flowers, pro- duced on long stems, are extra large, having broad, thick pet- als, and long, tapering buds, with delicious tea fragrance. Color a fine, clear magenta red, sometimes passing to bright crimson. Very striking and beautiful, and of such good substance that the flowers re- tain their beauty for a long time. A splendid new Rose, either for cut flowers or bed- ding. Price, 15 cents; two- year-old plants, 35 cents.
