The flowers are truly gigantic in size, the upper petals spreading fully 7 inches and the form is really semi-double. Toward the inner part the petals show fine crimson spots, all the rest of the flower is of a most beau- tiful, rich canary-yellow. It resembles the Italian variety, Austria, but produces more flowers. Price, 15 cents each. ITALIA. This wonderful Canna has wealth of graceful foliage and gorgeous flowers. The three upper petals are golden yellow with large blotch of orange scarlet in center of each, the center and lower petals scarlet, with a narrow edge of golden-yellow. Our illus- tration can give but a faint idea of its magnificence. Price, 15 cents. ALEMANNIA. 6 feet, green foliage. The Giant of all Cannas. Produces the largest flowers which have been obtained from anv Canna. The outer petals are scarlet with a very broad golden-yellow border. The inside of the bloom is scarlet and dark red. Exceedingly beautiful. Price, 20 cents each. AMERICA. Height, about 4% feet. The beautiful foliage has a dark background, shaded and flamed with green, bronze and pur- ple and shines as if varnished. The spikes are very large and the flowers are enormous, with a yellow throat and petals of glowing red, flamed and streaked with purple—a combination of colors not seen in the Crozy class. Price 20 cents each. AUSTRIA. The new. Giant Golden Lily-flow- ering Canna. The claim of Italia to the title Orchid-flowered is not better than this to Lily-flowered. The plant is remarkable for its sturdy, rank growth, forming mas* sive clumps six to seven feet high, covered from the ground up with large deep green Musa-like foliage, surmounted by tall spikes of golden yellow flowers standing up- right like immense lilies. Price, 15 cents.
