Installation « Un instant bigarré à travers la monotonie du parcours quotidien. » Art Souterrain, Zone 15 : Station Bonaventure « Brick Road, c’est à la fois le couloir de briques dans lequel l’installation prend place et une référence à la « Yellow Brick Road » qui entraîne Judy Garland dans le pays du Magicien d’Oz. C’est une œuvre qui apporte de l’imaginaire sans cacher l’espace du quotidien, mais au contraire en jouant avec sa présence discrète. Le passant se déplace progressivement dans le couloir du métro Place Bonaventure pour une traversée momentanée à travers une gamme de couleurs. “Brick Road”, as imagined by Moscovici is both a corridor paved with bricks and a reference to the “Yellow Brick Road” which leads Dorothy and her group all the way to the Wizard of Oz in the eponymous film. The artist seeks to bestow a touch of imagination upon a public space, without attempting to mask or conceal any aspect of it.
