English: Arabianranta housing project coutyard, Lontoonkuja, Toukola, Helsinki, Finland. The mosaic on the concrete wall panels is made of waste porcelain from Arabia porcelain factory in the area. The cement used on the wall panels is white blended cement. The inner yard facade is of free form.
Suomi: Flooranaukio-Lontoonkuja asuinrakennusten sisäpiha, Arabianranta, Toukola, Helsinki. Asuintaloissa on yhteensä 122 asuntoa ja ne on suunnitellut Arkkitehtuuritoimisto Heikkinen–Komonen Oy ja ovat valmistuneet 2011. Sisäpihan julkisivut ovat valkobetonisia elementtejä, joiden kuvioaihe on Arabian tehtaiden jäteposliinista tehtyä mosaiikkia. Sisäpihan julkisivu on vapaamuotoinen. |
