English: Floor mount pulley life (rope), one arm. No documentation or label to show if this was actually made by Kny-Scheerer; manufacturing style is very plain, unlike that of other machines sold by the company. No documentation to show if this object was designed by Dr. Zander. The unit consists of two pulleys mounted on opposite sides of a tall rod; a rope is attached to rings near the bottom and close to each end of a cylindrical weight, then each passes around a larger pulley on opposite sides and near the bottom of the device, up through each smaller upper pulley, and then back down to the weight, where each end attaches to a ring on either side, at the top. The whole is supported by a steel base shaped like a four-pointed star and with holes for screws at each point. The therapeutic use of this object is not clear; presumably one arm would be used to lift the weight up and down.
