Title |
Flint blade; possible preform |
||
Description |
English: A flint blade, a waste flake from flint knapping. The blade is carefully shaped and may be an abandoned perform for a tool. It probably dates from the Neolithic. It is 21.08mm long, 11.33mm wide and 2.82mm thick. It weighs 0.7g. The flint is patinated to a milky colour and has edge damage which is probably post depositional. |
