Description

The anti-roll bar arm closer to the front of the picture can rotate on its long axis- its blade shaped, more or less vertical and thus stiff in this photo. Turn 90 degrees and its at its most flat and flexible… That range of coupling stiffness is the same as changing the diameter of the antiroll bar, or the geometry of its connection to the moving parts.
