Description Roughly 300 cadets from the Class of 2014 and Class of 2015 took on physical and mental challenges, Oct. 20, 2012, as they endured a day-long assessment in hopes of earning one of several competitive Military Individual Advanced Development programs next summer. Military Individual Advanced Development programs, like Special Forces Assessment and Selection, the Sapper Leader Course and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, are highly-sought training opportunities and the MIAD selection process determines which cadets want it the most by proving they are the best of the best.
