Description
English: Iraqi Special Operations Forces soldiers hone their fast-roping skills

to learn how to slide to the ground, and onto dangerous rooftops after dark during helicopter operations training at Al Asad, Iraq, April 1, 2009. U.S. Special Operations Forces are advising the ISOF soldiers in order to better prepare them for future missions. By using helicopters for insertion, the soldiers will be able to reach objectives much faster in the outlying Al Anbar province than they are currently able to do.
