Description

Liberian army Sgt. Melvin Tolbert (right), a drill sergeant with the Armed Forces of Liberia Training Command, observes troops with 1st Battalion, 330th Infantry Regiment, negotiate the Leadership Reaction Course. Tolbert was part of a three-member Liberian delegation to the U.S. to learn more about how to train the new army their country is building to take over security in the country when the U.N. mission in Liberia pulls out in the next few years.
