Description A bald eagle scans the Multnomah Channel for prey from atop an old piling near Rocky Point. Raptors such as bald eagles and red-tailed hawks are increasing along the channel and on Sauvie Island as they take advantage of the annual migration of waterfowl, which is getting into full swing.
