VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Sept. 8, 2012) Volunteers put the final touches on a curtain made of more than 1,000 origami cranes that served as the starting point for the seventh annual Walk Out of Darkness event. An estimated 4,500 people gathered to support the suicide prevention and awareness event at Mt. Trashmore State Park in Virginia Beach, Va. Sailors from more than 20 different commands volunteered at the event.
