Description VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (March 18, 2011) Master-at-Arms 1st Class Neil McLean, right, and Electrician’s Mate 2nd Class Allen Hodges, center, assigned to Maritime Civil Affairs and Security Training (MCAST) Command, move a wounded service member to a rally point for medical evacuation during a tactical combat casualty care field training exercise at Dam Neck Annex. The training prepares non-medical personnel to perform life-saving techniques under the harsh pressure of battlefield environments.
