HIGHLANDS, N.J. (Nov. 6, 2012) A Seabee assigned to Construction Battalion Maintenance Unit (CBMU) 202, stationed out of Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, operates a bulldozer to remove debris from Hurricane Sandy during relief efforts in Highlands, N.J.
