GULF OF ADEN (April 16, 2012) The guided-missile destroyer USS Porter (DDG 78) conducts a replenishment at sea with the British Royal Fleet Auxiliary replenishment oiler RFA Fort Victoria (A387). Porter and Fort Victoria are assigned to Combined Task Force 151, a multi-national, mission-based task force working under Combined Maritime Forces, to conduct counter-piracy operations in the Southern Red Sea, Gulf of Aden, Somali Basin, Arabian Sea, and Indian Ocean.
