WASHINGTON (Feb. 22, 2012) President Barack Obama and first lady Michelle Obama walk onto the stage as Capt. Brian O. Walden, right, directs the U.S. Navy Ceremonial Band as they play "Hail to the Chief" during the groundbreaking ceremony for the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture.
