VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (March 8, 2012) Capt. Bob Geis, middle right, commanding officer of Naval Air Station Oceana, is applauded by outgoing commanding officer Capt. Jim Webb during the command’s change of command ceremony. Also applauding Geis are Command Master Chief Bill Smalts; far left, Rear Adm. Townsend Alexander, Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic; center,and Rear Adm. Mark Guadagnini, Chief of Staff of U.S. Fleet Forces Command.
