AG2 Nicholas Wissler, lead technician, Fleet Survey Team, U.S. Navy, jumps off the USNS Henson into the bay in Cartagena, Columbia, during the first day of Oceanographic Southern Partnership Station 10. Wissler was preparing to drive his Jet Ski to the Colombia Naval Base located here in order to prepare to demonstrate shallow water survey techniques for Colombia Naval staff assigned to the Centro De Investigaciones, Oceanograficas e Hidrograficas.
