Second Lt. Christina Heino from Hydepark, N.Y., assigned to the 301st Intelligence Squadron, works alongside members of the French army to clean up a local road during a cleanup effort here in this tsunami-battered city. More than 130 volunteers from Misawa Air Base and members of the French army and Fire Department assisted in a cleanup effort in the northern Japanese city that was devastated by a 9.0-magnitude earthquake that triggered a devastating tsunami on Japan's eastern coastline.
