English: An accident I had in year 2000 resulted in a serious knee injury which made walking painful and difficult.
But the regular knee exercise I invented in 2010 help healed my knees completely. Today am over 40 and still continued with my exercises regularly. Although I still feel some pains on my knees especially after sitting down for a long time. This exercise have not only helped heal my knees but I have achieved wellness and happiness as well.Igbo: Ihe mberede m nwetara n'afọ 2000 butere nnukwu mmerụ ahụ n'ikpere nke mere ije ije na-egbu mgbu ma sie ike.
