Description
English: U.S. Fleet Cyber Command Sailor of the Year (SOY) nominees stand with Vice Adm. Jan E. Tighe, commander U.S. Fleet Cyber Command/U.S. 10th Fleet, during a ceremony at Fort Meade on Feb. 5 to announce the command's shore and sea Sailors of the Year. During the ceremony, Tighe announced Cryptologic Technician (Collection) 1st Class (IDW/NAC/AW) Arturo L. Livingston, assigned to Navy Information Operations Command Whidbey Island, as the sea SOY and Navy Counselor 1st Class (IDW/AW) Skye L. Pollard, assigned to Navy Information Operations Command Maryland, as the shore SOY.
