„In Blau eine silberne Zinnenmauer mit offenem Tor; darin ein gelehnter goldener Anker; darüber ein zweigeschossiger Zinnenturm, den rechts ein golenes Ankerkreuz, links eine goldene heraldische Rose begleiten.“[1]
