Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, состоящее из зелёной (у древка) и синей равновеликих вертикальных полос, на которых в воспроизведена композиция фигур из герба муниципального образования — Тюковское сельское поселение Клепиковского муниципального района: жёлтый двойной (патриарший) крест поверх границы полос о пяти верхних трилистных концах, уширенный внизу и соединённый внизу с жёлтой горизонтальной полосой общей шириной в 1/8 ширины флага, по сторонам от креста дугообразно вырезанной; из-за креста в стороны вплотную к жёлтой полосе выплывают два белых лебедя с жёлтыми клювами и глазами
