«Флаг муниципального образования представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, на всю поверхность которого распространена композиция из герба муниципального образования с заменой геральдического серебра белым цветом».

Описание герба: «В зелёном поле над червлёной (красной) оконечностью уширенный серебряный волнистый пояс, сопровождённый сверху серебряным кубом (тремя гранями вперед: одна и две) и обременённый червлёной (красной) лисицей с серебряными грудью, нижней частью морды, глазами и кончиком хвоста».
