«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее фигуры из герба сельского поселения „Слудка“, выполненные зелёным, синим и белым цветом».

Описание герба: «В серебряном поле, под лазоревой волнистой главой, обременённой четырьмя серебряными тонкими сквозными ромбами, заполненными зеленью, — зелёный тополь с таковыми же корнями».
