«Прямоугольное белое полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, на котором воспроизведена композиция герба муниципального образования — видимый со спины чёрный тетерев-косач с распростёртыми крыльями, красными бровями, жёлтыми клювом и лапами и белыми перьями в виде полос на крыльях и в подхвостье, косвенно летящий к древку между двумя фигурными горизонтальными полосами вдоль верхнего и нижнего краёв полотнища: облаковидно вырезанной синей вверху (шириной до 1/5 ширины флага) и зелёной внизу, попеременно прорастающей трилистниками и вертикальными стеблями с красными на них ягодами земляники (общей шириной до 1/5 длины флага)».
