«Прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, на всю поверхность которого распространена композиция из герба муниципального образования с заменой геральдических серебра, золота и лазури соответственно белым, жёлтым и голубым цветами».

Описание герба: «В лазоревом поле с зелёной бурноволнистой каймой, завершённой серебром, — серебряная цапля с золотыми лапами, клювом и глазами, стоящая на трёх чёрных брусках, сложенных в стропило (каждый брусок положен в пояс) и окаймлённых серебром».
