«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее фигуры из герба Омского сельского поселения, выполненные, зелёным, белым и жёлтым цветом».

Геральдическое описание герба гласит: «В серебряном поле с узкой четверочастной каймой, попеременно зелёной и выстланной золотыми головками колосьев, на рассеченной зелёной и золотой оконечности — зелёная береза, имеющая ствол и ветви в цвет поля с чёрными отметинами».
